Contractor Terms of Service

These Contractor Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Renovation Bridge contractor portal (the “Portal”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Renovation Bridge LLC (“Renovation Bridge,” “we,” “us”) operates the Portal. You are the “Contractor.”
1. Appointment fees
The Portal lets approved Contractors book in-person appointments with homeowners that Renovation Bridge has pre-qualified. Appointment fees are charged to the payment card on file at the moment of booking. By booking an appointment, you authorize Renovation Bridge to charge that card for the applicable fee.
2. Standard rate
The standard rate is three hundred fifty dollars ($350) per appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Renovation Bridge. The fee applicable to each appointment is shown before you confirm the booking. All fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars.
3. No-shows and refunds
If a homeowner does not show for a booked appointment, or you believe a refund is otherwise warranted, you may submit a refund request through the Portal. No-show and refund requests are reviewed by Renovation Bridge, which will determine in its reasonable discretion whether a refund or credit is issued. Refund decisions are communicated through the Portal or by email.
4. Homeowner confidentiality
Homeowner contact information is confidential and is provided solely for the booked appointment. You may not use, share, sell, or retain homeowner contact information for any other purpose, including marketing, remarketing, or referral to third parties. Renovation Bridge handles homeowner data under our Privacy Policy.
5. Account suspension
Renovation Bridge may suspend or terminate Contractor accounts for misuse of the Portal, including misuse of homeowner information, repeated no-shows on your part, chargebacks, misrepresentation of your license or business, or any conduct that exposes Renovation Bridge or homeowners to risk. Suspension does not relieve you of fees already incurred.
